We have a new companion and we love her! Born in Dziadowice, Lulu would have had to be taken to an animal shelter. Although we ourselves are kinda nomads, having a home on wheels, we just couldn’t have left her to such a fate..

We so much love to prepare the drink.. It’s like taking care of a pet but instead of emotional rewards yielded for example with a dog, you get amazingly refreshing and revitalizing drink.. Which, however, doesn’t mean the emotional connection is dismissed! It’s just not that apparent

God, I’d never expect I’ll ever work in a factory.. and there I go, I’m in one of those with capital F. No, all letters capital.. STEEL WORKS! Werk, is the local nickname or more accurately - Mordor.. It’s absolutely stunning place. Fumes, dust, fires, noise, grim’n'dirty faces.. all to be encountered second by second.. It’s an amazing labyrinth of metal constructions, platforms, pipes and cables. Cranes and wagons on every corner.. The good thing is, I don’t do much. It turns out I’m being paid for risking my health or even life just entering the place. Here’s my colleague:

We all know how important role US play in the World politics, as well as we know that the line of last presidents were only puppets.. Well, we don’t feel it is the case with this man.. check out his campaign and spread the word!

Soooo, after a rather long break filled up with Christmas craze (no it wasn´t bad at all, we enjoyed it) we´d like to post very inspiring video.. amazing, empowering.. makes you want to run out in front of your flat or house, wherever you live and start piling the mulch..

Yes, back in “threenec”.. Out of a sudden the frost has attacked with the full potential. We better park up. Coming from Tarnów where we stayed with Wania we drove 30 km/h half the way.. Would be great for landscape observation, if it were no dark..

Eventually! The lunar phase was favourable and so we did our first (actually my first, Dorotka has done one earlier) liver flush. Ela, Dorotka’s mother joined us too as she’s been complaining at abdominal pain on liver’s side lately. The procedure is quite easy. Anyone can do it. The hardest thing was to gulp down half cup of oil but even that was a piece of cake for us keen experimenters Furthermore we all sweated during the night, felt little bit nauseous and felt slight pain in the abdomen. However, we survived the night and in the morning couldn’t wait for the results.

Considering the amount of stones expelled Ela has won. Us two were far behind, still we can keep our heads up

Girls have flushed their treasures down the toilet. I didn’t forget to immortalise mine by a snapshot to share it with you guys before I did the same..

back we are in the mellow middle of nowhere called Mordy. It gets colder and colder so it looks like we’ll spare some time for updates.

Today it’s time for a few lines about the place we actually returned form - Dziadowice. Tuck away in the woods spared of the busy life we’re so used to, few young enthusiasts walk the path we all shoud set on.. low impact lifestyle centred around the developement of “forest garden”. In our opinion the wisest way forward, if independence and sustainability are your priorities. Exploring alternative and ecological construction with the earthship model in the centre, remembering spiritual developement through vipassana practice, sustenancewise surrendering to the Nature by transitioning to raw food (thumbs up and much support in the upcoming winter), learning bodywork and psychology techniques for further selfdevelopement and means of income, these guys deserve support more than anyone else from the extensive list of current so-called eco-projects. Sure you can do so by wwoofing. However, as we ourselves experienced the pace of activity is rightfully slowing down equally to the level of mercury decline, so check before going.

One particular member of the community deserves separate paragraph.. Filip. We love you little devil. All the best in your food choices (one day you’ll understand).

Yesterday we’ve been for a swim in a near sand dam (it’s not a dam actually it’s an old surface mine filled up with water.. how do you call it?) awsome! The act reminded us straight away of the upcoming sauna season! We love the needles under the skin!!

Full moon last night kicked off an autumn fast we’ve been waiting for impatiently.. Let only fresh air and golden water enter our bodies!!
